Life of an Athlete

My dream was to play college basketball. My journey to make my dream come true was unique but I knew God had me. My journey became my testimony of faith to be that athlete that moved mountains just like God had promised. I played 1.5 years of high school basketball. No stats, no film, no trainer, no AAU.

I walked on at Sacramento State University- D1 (Sacramento, CA) made the team but my major in biological science was not a compatible major for their athletics department, so in my search to transfer I tore my ACL. I knew basketball was my GOD GIVEN skill, throughout this process I started my coaching career with high school WBB at Valley High School (Sacramento, CA). I kept going and was blessed with a partial scholarship at William Jessup University -NAIA (Rocklin, CA) and played two years earning my bachelors (Kinesiology) and masters (Sports Admin) degrees.

I returned to coaching but this time with club and college basketball at Folsom Lake College - JUCO (Folsom, CA). And continuing my coaching career in Dallas, Texas.
